We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, committed, ambitious and dynamic teachers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to improve the life chances of young people and inspiring the next generation.

  • We offer a unique, structured, comprehensive and dynamic combination of Secular knowledge and Islamic Knowledge
  • Alongside generating, disseminating, and preserving knowledge, we strive to instil good characteristics within our students
  • We are team of highly experienced teachers, administrators and backroom staff who support the day to day running of the Academy and provide assistance to teachers and students
  • Ongoing training and personal development for teachers
  • We utilize diverse learning methods such as collaborative learning to enhance every student’s maximum potential and productivity
  • We strive to instill good characteristics within our students
  • Successful applicants would be required to teach Quran/Qaidah or Tahfeedh-ul-Quran with Tajweed, Essential Duas, memorise selected Surahs and Islamic Studies
  • Join teacher training sessions to understand recommended teaching styles and discuss issues and improvements
  • Deliver a range of subjects to children in a fun and engaging manner
  • Maintain classroom control via behaviour and safety management techniques
  • Regular marking of homework and term time exam papers
  • Maintain and update student progress reports
  • Prepare for lessons prior to class and develop excellent teaching resources
  • Work effectively with fellow teachers, admin staff, teaching assistants and backroom staff
  • Complete compulsory training (child protection, safeguarding, health and safety etc)
  • Clear spoken (fluent) English language and literature skills
  • Good level of knowledge on Islamic Studies
  • Willing to always develop new skills to maximise impact to children’s education
  • Passionate, calm and collective nature
  • Ability to work in a professional online setting and respect all colleagues and students
  • Adhere to all processes and policies
  • Good level of fluency in Tajweed, Quran and memorisation of key daily supplications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and organisational skills as and when required
